It is a hollow, silicone-treated technical fiber: light, breathable and with excellent pressure-redistribution. It keeps its volume over time and is indicated for early-stage pressure ulcer prevention.
Are the covers washable and fire-retardant?
Yes. Protective covers are made of water-repellent rubberized fabric, Class 1 fire-retardant, with a three-sided zipper; they also act as a liquid barrier. Replacement covers are available for every positioner.
