Bicomponent viscoelastic memory foam cushion, density 51 kg/m³, with load-bearing base in polyurethane, designed for pressure ulcer prevention. Covered with a zippered cover and fixing velcro straps, made of rubbercoated, water-repellent, fire-retardant Class 1 fabric.
